About Bedok Swimming Complex
Heartbeat @ Bedok Swimming Complex located in the East Region of Singapore, the swimming complex is a symbol of transformation and community-focused development. Opened in the 1980s, the old complex was a place where many local residents learned to swim, The old Bedok Swimming Complex was officially closed and subsequently demolished to make way for a new era of integrated community services.
It is currently the second integrated community hub, ringing its sports centre, public library, community club, polyclinic and senior care centre under one roof. With its impressive spread of facilities, amenities all together as one, it’s not hard to see that the new swimming complex is one of the top choices for the East Region residents in the vicinity. It was built as part of a vision to offer more than just a sports facility. The complex comes with a purpose-built indoor pool for swimmers to train regardless of any bad weather. Teaching pool are allocated for daily swimming lessons and practices.

- Direct Buses: Take bus numbers 14, 66, 69, 168, 222, or 228 and alight at either ‘Bedok Ctrl PO’ or ‘Opp Bedok Ctrl PO’ bus stops.
- From Bedok MRT Station: After exiting Bedok MRT Station (EW5), head to the Bedok Bus Interchange. Board buses 66, 69, 222, or 228 and alight at ‘Opp Bedok Ctrl PO’.
By MRT:
- Bedok MRT Station (EW5): Alight at Bedok MRT Station on the East-West Line. The complex is about a 10-minute walk from the station. Alternatively, you can transfer to the buses listed above at the Bedok Bus Interchange.
By Car:
- Via Pan Island Expressway (PIE): If driving via the PIE, take the exit towards Bedok North Avenue 3. Turn right onto Bedok North Avenue 3, then make another right onto Bedok North Street 1. The complex will be on your left.
- Parking Information: Parking facilities are available within the Heartbeat @ Bedok complex. Parking is charged at $0.02 per minute from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM daily, with free parking from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on weekdays.
