Toddlers (1 to 1) for 2-4 years old
Parent-and-child lessons use gentle, age-appropriate games to build comfort, supported movement and basic water-safety habits. An adult participates in the water and maintains active supervision.

Kids (1 to 1) for 5-11 years old
One-to-one lessons for ages 5–11 can build water confidence, breathing, basic movement and stroke skills at a pace suited to the child. Parent participation in the water is not normally required, subject to the coach’s assessment.
